How it Works
Feel free to contact us (by phone or online form) at any time before you make a booking to discuss your concern, ask for an estimate or to have any of your queries answered.
- Make a booking - to schedule an
appointment, simply phone
or use our online
booking form or call in to meet us. Advise what service is due if we
haven't seen the vehicle before or explain what the concern is and/or what
you'd like done to the vehicle
- Drop off - drop your vehicle off prior
to your booked time (Out of hours, pre-arrange to use our "early bird key drop"
- Diagnosis - We will perform the
required diagnosis using the correct procedures
- Detailed quote - once we've determined
what the cause of the concern is we will contact you with a detailed estimate
for the parts and labour required to rectify the concern. We will give you an
estimated time frame required. We won't proceed until we have your authorisation.
- Work commences - once we have your
approval we will start working on repairing your vehicle.
- Work finishes - when the work is
complete we will test your vehicle to make sure the concern is fixed then we
will contact you to let you know that your vehicle is ready to be collected.
- Pickup - when you come to collect your
vehicle, come to our reception. Our service consultant will discuss the
work carried out, the details of any further work required. We require that you
settle your account upon collection. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards
being VISA, MasterCard and American Express (fee incurred).
